Dispatching Orders

We use state of the art technology to enable us to pick all orders as they are placed on the website - every order is processed via handheld devices that allow our team to scan every item as it is being picked ready for dispatch.

This technology means that we are able to dispatch your goods same day, with an unparalleled level of accuracy.

We aim to dispatch all orders same day, with almost all deliveries happening next day.

When an item says it is available for same day dispatch then it will be sent immediately, otherwise as stated on the product page it will usually be dispatched within 48 hours of your order being placed.

 

WE DO NOT PART SHIP ORDERS - If your order is waiting on certain items being out of stock, we will not part ship your order. If you need the available items sending out on a separate consignment, please call us on 01606 76804

Please note that we are unable to post anything on Saturdays or Sundays and therefore 48 hours would be working days only - excluding bank holidays.
