Saturday 29th
The initial wave of our pre-order allocation will hit the website at 10am. We will be adding stock throughout the day to manage the load on our web systems and to maximise the availability to customers. So if you miss the first wave, don't worry! Stock will likely be available over the course of the morning. We will announce when we have sold our allocation.
Our Allocation has now sold out.
Shipping?
To provide priority dispatch and complete tracking after it leaves our warehouse. We advise choosing a DPD Next Day/DPD Saturday service. These are completely tracked services that allow you to update your delivery options (if required) via their DPD App.

Missing something off your order?
We get it, you want to get your order in for Skaventide quickly and guarantee your copy. But what if you want to spend some time browsing for paints, aerosols or basing material?
If you place another order with items you want to be dispatched with your Skaventide, reach out to us with your new order number. We'll arrange the orders to be combined together saving you shipping costs AND you get everything you need!
Please note, we can only guarantee this up to and including Wednesday 10th July after which we'll be getting orders ready to dispatch.
Store Collections
We want to make sure our local customer base have access to these as well! To this end, we're withholding an allocation for 'in-person' pre-orders on Monday 1st July. We're aiming to allow collection from our Café Storefront on the Launch Day, and details will be announced on our Facebook page closer to that time as well as announcements should we sell out of stock for local customers.
Monday 8th - Friday 12th
As we're a small team, it is likely that we'll all be in the warehouse ensuring your orders are packed! This may result in slight delays with customer services responses. To lessen the impact of this on yourself, please ensure that your contact details and delivery addresses are up to date on your orders.
